Got a problem?

Yo, we’ll solve it.

How do I capture data on existing social buttons on my website?

You can add the following information below to your social buttons to track engagement. To connect a social share button, you should ensure you have the Crowdskout tracking code on the page and then on an onclick event, or when someone clicks the button they should call this function:

This is for a share button, you can change the service to whichever Social Media service it is, and then the URL should be the page that is being shared.

This is for a follow or a like button, the service can be set to the Social Media network and the "engages" value should be a URL to the Facebook page or Twitter account that is being engaged.

All social media engagement will then be tracked in Crowdskout and will append back to an individual's profile.
