You can give access and restrict the data that each user has access to. To do this follow these steps.
Click into Settings > User Management > User Management.
Click the user's profile that you would like to limit their data. Then, click the pen icon to edit the user's permission.
Select "Yes" to edit profile permissions.
First, select how you want to enable or disable data to the user. Select all/any and will/will not in the drop down menu as seen below to limit data.
Next, select the categories you would like to enable or restrict: Address, Custom Attributes, Demographics, and Political Districts.
Then, select the criteria that you would like to enable or restrict in the next box.
In the next box select the value of the field that you would like enabled or disabled.
Once you have selected the fields you would like to limit per user, Crowdskout will display the number of accessible profiles and the number of restricted profiles to that user.
Click "Add Criterion" to add another field that you would like enabled or disabled for that user.
Once you have added all the criterions for your user settings, click "Save."
