First, you'll need to go here to generate a username and password that connects to your CallFire account. Use these credentials instead of your actual CallFire account credentials. You can connect multiple CallFire accounts once you have connected your first CallFire account.
Then, log into Crowdskout. Once logged into Crowdskout click Settings > Integrations > CallFire.
Name the CallFire connection. Make sure to name each account accordingly as this descriptive text will translate to a custom attribute. This custom attribute will tag each profile pulled in from CallFire. Each CallFire account added will have its own unique custom attribute that you assign upon set up. You can connect multiple CallFire accounts once you have connected your first CallFire account.
Under "Import Data with This Connection" you will see a toggle to regularly pull in data. If you select "Yes" this will mean that all current data in your account and all future data in your account will be pushed to Crowdskout. If you select "No" this will mean that no data pull be pulled into your account from the source and you can only manually push data from segments and lists from Crowdskout to the source.
Then, log into your CallFire account by using your newly generated username and password (see above) to link to Crowdskout. Click "Connect" to connect your CallFire account to your Crowdskout account.
If you have selected “Yes” to the Import Data with This Connection toggle, Crowdskout will then begin to migrate the historical data from CallFire over to Crowdskout.
