Pushing Data to Advantage:
Below are step-by-step instructions on how to connect your Advantage account to Crowdskout. The connection made here allow you to push data from Crowdskout to Advantage.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Advantage to connect your Advantage account to Crowdskout.
Name your Advantage connection. The name associated with this connection will also translate to a custom attribute. This custom attribute will tag each profile pulled in from Advantage. Each Advantage account has a unique custom attribute.
Obtain your Advantage Authentication Token from your Account Manager at Advantage. Copy and paste your Authentication Token. Click "Connect" to connect your Advantage account to Crowdskout.
After you've completed connecting your Advantage account, you can connect as many accounts as your organization needs. Each process works the same as the above.
You can export an audience from Crowdskout to Advantage through the Export tool.
Where do I find my Advantage data in Crowdskout after connecting?
To find the profiles you knocked from Advantage, you can drill down on your audience by going to Audience > Activity > Knock > Canvass Name
To find the form responses from your canvassing effort, you can drill down on your audience by going to Audience > Activity > Form > Form Name.
