Accessing the Menu

The mobile app menu is where you can view Worker results, download Efforts, submit feedback and check diagnostics. For the menu, click on the icon on the top left of the screen with three horizontal lines.




Viewing Results on Device

Workers can view their individual results from the mobile app menu. There are a few options to view results by question or by person contacted. Total people contacted and total doors knocked are also represented towards the top of the results screen. You can also view if any unsent survey responses need to force sent to the server.



Diagnostics and Force Send Answers

If you lose 3G/4G while canvassing, your Survey answers will save to the device. Once the device receives 3G/4G connectivity again it will send answers to the server. You can manually send the Survey responses by selecting “Force Send Answers”.


Check for Effort Update and Redownload Effort

Any time you edit an Effort and reassign a Worker, the Worker will need to download the most current Effort. More details in the Loading New Efforts While Canvassing in the Field article.

On iOS, you will not need to redownload an Effort but you will be notified when a new Effort is available.

New! Get Walking Directions

Canvassers can get directions to a Contact's house by clicking on the "Directions" icon at the bottom of the Effort's map view after selecting a house/Contact.
