When filling out a survey through Operator, you can mark your phone call result (outcome) as the following: 

  • They Answered  

  • No One Answered 

  • They Refused the Call  

  • It Was the Wrong Number 

  • The Line Was Busy 

  • The Number is Disconnected 

When segmenting on these dispositions, you can go to the Audience tool > Activity > Phone Call > Phone Call Name > Results. 

Below are the following results you can segment on: 

  • They Answered  - Successful

  • No One Answered - No One Answered 

  • They Refused the Call  - Refused

  • It was the Wrong Number - Wrong Number

  • The Line Was Busy  - Busy

  • The Number is Disconnected - Disconnected
