Emails must always be usable AND opt-in. You cannot send emails through Crowdskout if the email you're trying to contact isn't both usable and an opt-in.
In compliance with email marketing laws, you must have permission from a recipient to contact them. If you don't, that email may legally be deemed as spam. You should ensure your email activities comply with these laws. Do not use Crowdskout's email app if you don't have permission to use those emails.
Spam & Bounce Rate
The acceptable spam rate is < 0.01%. The acceptable bounce rate is < 5%.
Crowdskout has a three-strike policy. If your email send exceeds the acceptable rate outlined above, the email app will be turned off from your account and you will hear from your dedicated Customer Success Manager. That will serve as your first strike.
If you get flagged again for spam, the email app will be turned off and you will hear from your dedicated Customer Success Manager about next steps in order to turn the app back on. That will serve as your second strike.
If you get flagged for a third time for spam, we will shut down your access to the email app altogether.
