You have successfully imported a CSV file but decided that you no longer want that data in your account, no problem! Crowdskout can rollback/delete that import if it has been imported within 72 hours.
You can do so by going into Settings > Import > Click on the triple-dot menu next to the import name > Delete Imported Data.

Once you click "Delete Imported Data," a pop-up message will appear to confirm your action.

After you click on "OK" your data will be removed from your account. It may take up to a business day for the data to be completely removed from your account.
If you wish to delete an import past the 72 hour mark, contact your Customer Success Manager.
