If you have phone calls logged in your account you can segment down on those phone calls. To segment on phone calls go to Audience > Search.

Then choose Activity > Phone Calls. You can then choose from any of the following criteria to refine your segment: Call Name, Type, Datetime, Organization, Caller, Call Length, or Result.

After you've made your phone call criteria selections, click "Save Selections" and proceed with editing your segment.
