You can import social media engagements through the Import Tool as an activity. Once imported, you can segment down on social media engagements data by going to Audience > Segments > Activity > Social Media Engagement.
Step 1: To import a social media engagement in Crowdskout, first, make sure that your CSV is formatted correctly to import. There are three fields that can be imported for a social media engagement:
Engagement Date -- this needs to be formatted in numeric form such as ##/##/####
Engagement Service-- this should be the name of the service that the social media engagement happened. Choose either "Facebook," "Twitter," or "Linkedin" as the option
Subject of Engagement -- this is a custom text field that should describe the engagement
Step 2:
Once you have finished formatting your file, save it as a CSV and drag/drop your CSV to the import tool. Map each column to each field in the Import Tool and when you come to the columns with social media engagement information, select from the drop-down menu under Activity > Social Engagement.

Click on Social Engages folder to get these mapping options:

Step 3:
Once you’ve finished mapping out your CSV, proceed with inspecting, processing, and importing the file.
Once your file has imported, each social media engagement will show up in the Activity timeline in a profile.
