If you have conducted an Advocacy effort through our Advocate app, you can segment on those contacts. To segment on Advocacy Contact go to Audience > Activity > Advocacy Contact.
Once you segmented on Advocacy Contact, you can further drill down on these profiles by the Datetime, Method, the Issue, and much more!
Every time you refine your segment by adding a new criteria, remember to click on Save Selection so the criteria will be saved. Once you segmented on your Advocacy Contact you can save the segment as a new segment, as a new list, or by adding to an existing list.
